Subject: Â Implementation of a New Comment Policy
The purpose of this memo is to inform all staff of the implementation of a new comment policy. Starting next Monday, October 19, all comments will be reviewed before posted on our webpage. In addition, we expect that participants will treat each other, as well as our agency and our employees, with respect. We will not post comments that contain vulgar or abusive language, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms that target specific ethnic or racial groups. We will not post comments that are spam, are clearly “off topic” or that promote services or products. Comments that make unsupported accusations will also not be posted. The overall goal of this implementation is to ensure safety and security to our customers and staff.
I will be checking our webpage on a weekly basis to enforce the new policy and that it’s meeting the requirements, listed above. Once again, keep in mind that the main goal of this new policy to ensure safety and security. Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions or concerns.
