Beginning in June, monthly book reviews were introduced as a new feature on One Page at a Time’s company Web site. Visits to the monthly reviews page continue to climb proving this feature to be popular and appealing to our readers. We would like to thank all employees for their hard work and congratulate everyone on a successful addition to our Web site.
In an effort to further engage our readers, beginning in November the monthly reviews will be opened up for comments. Through the comments submitted we can learn more about our readers’ interests. By engaging in discussions, readers and customers will be able to share their thoughts on featured books, as well as their knowledge of the written word and experiences in the world of literature.
Along with this open forum comes the important responsibility to maintain One Page at a Time’s commitment to integrity and sincerity in all aspects of business. Therefore, we are announcing our new Comments Policy. The Comments Policy fully explains One Page at a Time’s intent to review any and all submissions. We will delete any comments that:
use abusive language
use foul language
are not relevant to the book review or topic of discussion
This policy will be included on the monthly book reviews page and supported by our Web Governance team and Human Resources staff members. A copy of the Comments Policy will also be included on the employee resources page of our intranet site. Please take time to become familiar with the details of this new policy.
You are encouraged to be an active participant not only as an employee, but also as a reader and consumer with comments to share. We want to hear your interests and thoughts as we continue to improve and develop the book reviews and our Web site offerings. Please be reminded that you are direct representatives of One Page at a Time and as such are asked to review your responsibilities outlined in the Employee Code of Conduct Handbook. This handbook can be found on the employee resources page of our intranet site.
We look forward to our readers and employees sharing insightful comments and engaging in vibrant discussions as we continue to enhance One Page at a Time’s monthly book reviews. Should you have any questions regarding the Comments Policy or Employee Guidelines, please contact any Human Resources staff member or Web Governance team member.
